Before bringing his strategic vision to Canada, Pieter spent decades refining and executing elite development frameworks at the absolute highest levels of global football:
As Technical Director and Global TD Management Member, Pieter directed elite player identification and development methodologies within the globally renowned Red Bull system — a blueprint widely recognized as the modern gold standard for transitioning youth players into top-tier professional leagues.
As an Instructor, Pieter spent over a decade immersed in the rich tactical heritage of Dutch total football. He mastered and instructed the exact philosophy that consistently produces the world's most technically intelligent players.
As an International Football Director & Consultant through his specialized consultancy, Pieter continues to advise and design the recruitment, development and performance infrastructures for member associations and top-tier clubs across Africa and Asia, directly modernizing pathway pipelines to advance the global game.
We do not believe in standard academy models. We believe in developing people with elite football talent who are ready to compete on the global stage. Through the curriculum, Canadian players are no longer training to excel locally. They are training to meet the technical, tactical, physical and mental benchmarks of the world's top professional levels.
This isn't an academy. This is your pathway to the world stage.
Player development extends beyond technical and tactical training. Understanding how the body performs is essential to helping players reach their potential safely and consistently.
Our sports science approach supports each athlete through objective assessment, performance monitoring, and education. By combining coaching expertise with measurable data, we help players train smarter, recover effectively, and build the physical qualities required for the modern game.
Our goal is simple: to provide every player with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to perform at their best throughout their development journey.

Football opportunities extend beyond borders. Through relationships with clubs, coaches, and organisations abroad, Logrado helps connect players with the environments where they can continue to develop and be evaluated.
One year. One program. A different standard of football.
Logrado Football Club is built for players who want to find out how good they can really become.
This is not a recreational program. It is not a soccer tour. And it is not an academy built around playing as many games as possible.
It is a structured, year-long pathway designed to prepare ambitious players for the highest levels of the game.
And it culminates in Europe.
At the end of the year, Logrado athletes will travel to Europe for a one-week intensive training camp and a major European tournament.
Not a vacation. Not a second- or third-division tour designed to fill an itinerary.
Competition against the strongest opposition we can access.
Our athletes will prepare specifically for the demands of European football—technically, tactically, physically and mentally—before stepping onto the field against elite opposition.
The objective is simple: Prepare them to compete. Prepare them to be seen.
During the European experience, athletes will have the opportunity to:
This is not about saying that a player went to Europe.
It is about giving the player an opportunity to show what he or she can do there.
Throughout the year, Logrado athletes will make three trips to NCAA Division I universities.
These aren't campus tours.
They are competitive experiences designed to expose players to the speed, physicality, technical demands and standards of elite American collegiate football.
Players will experience environments that most youth players simply don't have access to.
And they'll learn what it takes to compete at the next level.
Across the year, Logrado athletes will play approximately 20 matches against OPDL-level opposition.
The objective isn't to accumulate wins.
It is to create the competitive environment necessary for development.
Players will be challenged to:
Because development doesn't happen simply by training.
It happens when training is tested in competition.
The program is deliberately structured.
Build the technical, tactical, physical and mental foundation required to compete at a higher level.
Test that development against strong OPDL-level opposition throughout the year.
Step into NCAA Division I environments and experience another level of football.
Train specifically for the demands of elite European competition.
Take everything learned throughout the year and bring it onto the European stage.
Create genuine opportunities for exposure to professional coaches, scouts and football professionals.
Exposure to professional scouts and the football industry
This is what makes Logrado different.
Each component has a purpose.
Each experience builds on the one before it.
And the entire year is designed around one question:
How far can this player go?
It isn't about winning a youth tournament in Canada.
It isn't about collecting medals.
And it isn't about creating the appearance of a professional pathway.
It is about creating one.
We benchmark our athletes against the standards they will encounter at the next level—not simply the standards around them today.
Because if the goal is professional football, the development environment has to reflect professional standards.
Every training session has a purpose.
Every competition has a purpose.
Every trip has a purpose.
Every player receives honest feedback about where they are—and what they need to improve.
Our measure of success isn't how many youth trophies we collect.
It is how much our players progress.
For players who want more than a traditional youth soccer experience.
For families who understand that development requires investment, challenge and exposure.
For athletes who want to test themselves against players from different environments—and ultimately against the best they can reach.
Logrado Football Club.
We are not building an academy.
We are building a pathway.
